Q: Are the two products manufactured in USA?

A: Both the TikTok and LunaTik were designed and engineered in the USA and are manufactured in Asia.

Q: What colors are available for the LunaTik?

A: Currently for LunaTik: Silver, Black and Red. For TikTok: Black, White, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow.

Q: Will any of the anodized finishes fade/scratch off?

A: All of the anodized finishes have similar durability to the iPod Nano, which don’t fade or scratch under normal use.

Q: What is the lead time for receiving product?

A: Orders process and ship within 48 hours. For customers in the US, we offer both Standard shipping via USPS (estimated delivery time is 10 - 14 days) and Express Shipping via UPS (estimated delivery time is 3 - 5 days). For customers outside of the US, we ship via UPS (estimated delivery time is 3 - 5 days).

Q: Will I receive a tracking number or order confirmation?

A: Yes, you will receive both. First, you will receive an order confirmation immediately after your order is placed. Within 24 hours of your order shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that US customers who choose Standard shipping via USPS do not receive point-to-point tracking information.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship anywhere in the world that UPS delivers.

Q: Does the the red anodized version match the exact color of the Apple (PRODUCT)RED™ iPod Nano?

A: We have matched the red LunaTik as closely as possible to the red Nano—it looks great.

Q: What color Nano is the closest match to the silver LunaTik?

A: The standard LunaTik matches the silver Nano (rather than graphite).

Q: Will the design support other headphones other than Apple's?

A: It will support newer headphones with small diameter casings like Apple's which many manufacturers are using today.

Q: Does the band protect the Nano from water?

A: No, but there are outside options, such as Liquipel, that can be used.

Q: Is the data port/headphone jack exposed when used with the band?

A: The 30 pin port and headphone jack will be exposed. We did this to make charging easy and accommodate the widest range of users with an accessible headphone jack.

Q: What is the orientation of the watch with respect to the earphone jack, etc.?

A: It is reversible. You can position the Nano either way. You can also rotate the orientation of the screen on your Nano to accommodate your preferred Nano position.

Q: Does the strap size accommodate large wrists?

A: The straps comfortably accommodate wrists that are 5" to 8.5" with a couple notches to spare.

Q: Is the watch strap replaceable? What is the width of the strap?

A: Yes, it is replaceable. The strap width is 28mm.

Q: Why does USPS tracking says my order has been delivered when I have not yet received it?

A: USPS uses some misleading language and marks packages as "delivered" when they pass through shipping milestones. Your package is still on its way to you.

Q: Does the new 7th generation Nano fit the LunaTik + TikTok?

A: Yes, all of our watch models work with the new 7th generation nano, as well as older generation nanos.

Q: Are there pen bundles?

A: In our pre-order phase, we are only offering individual pens. In the future, we may offer bundles.

Q: What refills does the pen use?

A: The TouchPen is an ISO standard and possibly G2 compatible. We will also offer refills on our site, but the standard sizes can also be bought in any office supply store.

Q: What point size is the pen refill?

A: The pen refill is shipped with a .7 mm . It is compatible with various point sizes.

Q: What devises is it compatible with?

A: The stylus is compatible with all capacitive touch phones and tablets: Apple iPad and iPhones, Samsung, Nokia, Motorola, Blackberry HTC.

Q: How wide/what size is the stylus tip?

A: We have maximized the conductivity of the tip so that minimal pressure is needed. While the opening is smaller, it has the same capacity as the industry standard 7mm tip. It is made of a firmer rubber, which gives a more precise feel when in use.

Q: Is the pen magnetic?

A: No.

Q: What id I write on my tablet with the pen?

A: Hopefully you won’t. But, you have to push incredibly hard to scratch the surface. If you are concerned about ink transfer to the tablet, most of the rollerball solutions we are considering lay down very little ink when used on glass. If it does happen, the ink takes a few moments to dry, so you should be able to quickly wipe any ink deposits off of the display right away.

Q: How does it feel compared to other stylus?

A: The rubber tip is firmer, but the body is comparable to a pen.

Q: What color ink are the CMY pens?

A: All pens are shipped with black ink.

Q: Are there conductivity issues with stylus's? How is the LunaTik Touch Pen different?

A: The LunaTik Touch Pen tip has a patent pending special PU coating that helps with conductivity and glide.

Q: Is the AnTik waterproof?

A: The AnTik is water resistant up to 30 meters. The 30 meters refers to pressure, so it will withstand splashes of water or rain but should not be worn while swimming, diving or showering.

A: The Touch Pen is 153mm with the pen in and 157mm with the pen out, 11.22mm in diameter and weigh approximately .3 oz.
